Usage: <cmd> SITENAME SECTION if[not] condition1 [&& condition2 [&& condition3 ...]] then (ALLOW|DROP)
For list of conditions type <cmdprefix>rulelist.
To get description of a condition type <cmdprefix>rulehelp condition_name
Operators:
= simple equality test
=~ mask match with wildchar support. Eg.: releasename =~ *-BERC
in list operator, matches any items in the lsit. Eg.: mp3source in TAPE, VINYL
< <= >= > comparator for mp3year
@ equality match but it expects SITENAME as parameter

You can use the special section GENERIC for generic rules.
If no matching rules found, no action is taken, the release wont be allowed.
If a matching rule found, its action will be taken.
