Both versions of the 4k should run almost everywhere, not windows XP SPx specific. :: Source comments :: Uses C/C++ plus some asm, and opengl. 20to4 (ww.20to4.net) to get it under 4k. This will compile with vc7.1, other compilers unsupported at the moment. With the included "c.bat", you'll obtain a 4092 .bat file that will run everywhere, and uses the compressor switches that the breakpoint05 (where this ranked 8th of 14) allowed. As you'll notice while reading the source, there are many things could be improved and made smaller, but as this one was coded in a 24h time-span from scratch, don't expect to be perfect at all. I'm not going do more improvements to the source in the future. The reason to release the source, is that I've learned a lot from others people sources, so I guess I owe some source to the community. And another reason is that I'm not developing 4k's in C/C++ anymore, so this will be the last source code for 4k that will be actually useful for total newbies, imho.
